- Ages and Restrictions: Pregnant women, people with back, neck issues or recent surgery, and children under 4 years of age are not allowed. On particular days Captain might raise the age limit for safety reasons. For Icacos all ages welcome.
Choose your preferred destination between Culebra, Vieques or Icacos island. Aboard the Eco Isleño we have a splash mat for the enjoyment of our guests. Private transportation service is available for an additional fee from any major hotel in the San Juan area. Ideal for small groups of friends, families, and/or company outings. If Culebra or Vieques is the destination you choose, be advised that our power catamaran travels through open waters to these islands, which tends to be rough seas.
Culebra Island
Our Captain’s preferred point of the adventure is the world famous Flamenco beach where you will enjoy the most breathtaking beach in the Caribbean. Depending on the weather and water conditions, the captain can divert the stop to Cayo Luis Peña or to Culebrita Island, which are also revered as Caribbean gems, where you can swim, continue to enjoy snorkeling or just take in all of its amazing wonders.
Children under 4 years of age, pregnant women, and people with neck or back conditions can’t participate in the Culebra charter.
Icacos Island
This beautiful deserted island just 5 miles off the east coast is our usual destination. Our guests can practice their snorkeling at a reef nearby, walk on the beach, beach comb, and swim in the crystal clear waters.

Vieques Island
Upon departing marina Puerto Del Rey, our guests enjoy the beautiful views of the Cordillera Islands. After about 45 minutes on our high-speed catamaran we arrive at one of Vieques beaches (Based on water conditions, the captain will choose between Sun Bay, Cayo Yayí or Punta Arenas) for swimming, snorkeling, beachcombing or sunbathing.
Children under 4 years of age, pregnant women, and people with neck or back conditions can’t participate in the charter.
*This vessel accommodates up to 24 passengers. Any additional passenger after the 15th person will have an additional fee.
CHOOSE YOUR DESTINATION:
Culebra – Price starts at $2,700.00, includes taxes & fees for a group of up to 15 passengers. Additional passengers after the 15th person is $145.00 pp plus taxes and fees.
Vieques – Price starts at $2,700.00, includes taxes & fees for a group of up to 15 passengers. Additional passengers after the 15th person is $145.00 pp plus taxes and fees.
Icacos – Price starts at $2,200.00, includes taxes & fees for a group of up to 15 passengers. Additional passengers after the 15th person is $120.00 pp plus taxes and fees.Depending on the destination selected you can have a 30 to 50 minutes ride to the first stop, based on water conditions.
All options include:
Buffet Lunch: fresh fruit platter, fresh bread, cold cuts, sliced cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, gourmet pasta salad, chicken salad, coleslaw, bean salad and snacks.
Beverages: White rum (Don Q), Medalla beer, piña coladas, juices, sodas and water.
Equipment: Snorkeling equipment (mask & snorkel), swimming fins and floating belts.

When sailing aboard Luxury Snorkeling Tour you’ll enjoy warm temperatures and waters along the trip with spectacular views and beautiful landscapes. That’s why we recommend bringing on board:
- Waterproof Camera – Bring your Go Pro or your waterproof camera for the best pictures and highlights of your snorkeling and Beach Tour. (We sell waterproof disposable cameras and Cell phone water resistant covers at our Check Inn Station)
- Sunblock – It’s always summer in Puerto Rico that’s the reason why it is always good to be protected from the Sun.
- Towels – You are going to get wet for sure and that why it’s convenient to bring your own towels.
- Change of Clothes – As we said you are going to get wet in this tour, because of that we recommend bringing an extra pair of clothes in a small back-pack or purse.
- Sunglasses and/or Hat
- Comfortable Sandals or waterproof shoes
- Dramamine – If you’re not used to navigating at sea, it’s always good to take a motion sickness pill at least one hour before the trip. You can find this at any pharmacy or supermarket.
Cancellation Policy
- The charter can be canceled up to 14 days before the charter date for a full refund. Any cancellations done 24 hours prior or on the date of the tour are non refundable.
- Please be aware that we reserve the right to change the destination of this trip due to sea conditions at the captain’s discretion. If the charter is canceled due to sea conditions or mechanical failure, you will be entitled to a full refund.

We enjoyed a day on the water on a catamaran with Captain Wilo and crew! What a wonderful crew. We never had to want for anything and they kept the liquid refreshments coming! We have a great BBQ lunch while at an island for some swimming and snorkeling. We cannot say enough good things about this day trip and would do it again on our next visit!
We thoroughly enjoyed the trip. We had a sunset cruise and the views were amazing. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly. Very very helpful. Snorkeling was great! BBQ on the boat was amazing and there was an open bar! Icacos was beautiful and we had a great time on the beach and could quickly go to the boat for drinks and refreshments. If you get motion sick please take something!! Overall was an amazing experience and would definitely do it again!! Maria was constantly checking to make sure we didn’t need anything, she was very sweet. They also made it fun for the kids on board. Highly recommend!!
This excursion is well worth it. We had a great time on the Zatara, with an exceptional crew who delivered the best service, and took time to get to know us. This was aboard a 19 passenger catamaran that provided a more intimate experience than some of the larger boats. We had a great time snorkeling, then enjoyed time at the beach and a delicious BBQ lunch. Would definitely do it again! Thank you, East Island Excursions, for a great day on the sea!
Did the snorkeling trip yesterday and couldn’t have been more pleased. The crew was awesome. The deluxe trip aboard the Zatara was definitely worth it.
Simply incredible! Highly recommend! Carlos, Mariel and crew were fantastic, engaging, helpful, and had a great sense of humor. The food and drinks and music were excellent. Sailing and seeing a dolphin (who rode our bow for a bit) on the way back from an amazing snorkeling trip were icing on the cake.
I booked the snorkeling trip on the Zatara to Icacos island after I called up their office and explained to them that it would be my first snorkeling trip ever. They recommended Icacos island excursion. Sure enough, Captain Milo and his crew were so attentive and helpful… Hamburgers and hot dog, chicken was grilled and served for lunch. Fresh fruits and drinks flowed freely. The beach on Icacos island was shallow and water was very clear. I could see a lot of fishes and a few corals. My son captured some good videos on his Go Pro. Would highly recommend this excursion !!
Hands down one of the best excursions we had while in PR! The crew was amazing. Very knowledgeable, charismatic, and had great customer service. Alex and Carlos had everyone laughing and ensuring we all had a good time. The island was beautiful and so was the snorkeling. A+
