Buffet Recipes
- 2 lbs Canned Chicken
- 3 oz Chopped Celery
- 12 oz Mayonnaise
- 1 oz Powdered Garlic
- 1 oz Vegetable Oil
- 7 oz Canned Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 oz Dried Cilantro
- 1 oz Dried Parsley
- Italian Seasoning (to taste)
- Lemon Pepper Seasoning (to taste)
- Powdered Garlic (to taste)
- 1 pkt Sazon with Coriander and Achiote
Add canned chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl. In a food processor add the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Add the mixture to the bowl with chicken and mayonnaise.
