Bean Salad

Buffet Recipes
  • 15 oz Black Beans
  • 15 oz Pink Beans
  • 15 oz Garbanzo beans
  • Lemon Juice (to taste)
  • 2 oz Fresh cilantro
  • 1 oz sazon with coriander and Achiote
  • 1 to 2 Tomatoes (to taste)
  • 1.5 lbs. Purple Onion
  • 2 oz Vinagre
  • 4 oz Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Dry Parsley (to taste)
  • 1 oz Italian seasoning
  • Lemon Pepper seasoning (to taste)
  • Powdered onion (to taste)
  • 1 oz Powdered Garlic

In a bowl mix black, pink, and garbanzo beans, chopped onion and tomatoes. In a food processor mix all the remaining fresh, dry, and liquid ingredients until well blended. Add mixture to the bowl with beans, tomatoes and onion. Feeds 2-6 people.
