
Bean Salad
Buffet Recipes
- 15 oz Black Beans
- 15 oz Pink Beans
- 15 oz Garbanzo beans
- Lemon Juice (to taste)
- 2 oz Fresh cilantro
- 1 oz sazon with coriander and Achiote
- 1 to 2 Tomatoes (to taste)
- 1.5 lbs. Purple Onion
- 2 oz Vinagre
- 4 oz Olive Oil
- Salt (to taste)
- Dry Parsley (to taste)
- 1 oz Italian seasoning
- Lemon Pepper seasoning (to taste)
- Powdered onion (to taste)
- 1 oz Powdered Garlic
In a bowl mix black, pink, and garbanzo beans, chopped onion and tomatoes. In a food processor mix all the remaining fresh, dry, and liquid ingredients until well blended. Add mixture to the bowl with beans, tomatoes and onion. Feeds 2-6 people.
