Chicken Salad

Buffet Recipes
  • 2 lbs Canned Chicken
  • 3 oz Chopped Celery
  • 12 oz Mayonnaise
  • 1 oz Powdered Garlic
  • 1 oz Vegetable Oil
  • 7 oz Canned Roasted Red Pepper
  • 1 oz Dried Cilantro
  • 1 oz Dried Parsley
  • Italian Seasoning (to taste)
  • Lemon Pepper Seasoning (to taste)
  • Powdered Garlic (to taste)
  • 1 pkt Sazon with Coriander and Achiote

Add canned chicken and mayonnaise in a bowl. In a food processor add the rest of the ingredients until well mixed. Add the mixture to the bowl with chicken and mayonnaise.
